LL.M is a traditional post graduate program in law, being offered by various universities around the globe. Basically it is a research based course which extensively covers the vast field of law. Under this two year program the student make an attempt to develop a critical approach in studying law.

The LL.M course at Doon College of Law, Saharanpur tends to inculcate the research and analytical approach in the students. Doon College of Law offers LL.M in the following branch ie.

(1) Constitutional Law & Administrative Law Group- Constitutional law deals with the fundamental philosophy of the basic structure of any nation. This branch focuses on the theoretical and practical aspect of Constitutional law.

(2) Business Law Group - A company to progress needs a strong economy. The will be strengthened only when there are very less shortcoming at the economic front. Business laws focus on not only the basic principles of economy but also to make a strong economy.


(3) Tort and Criminal Law Group - Legal jargon can be confusing for everyone, and torts and crimes are technical terms in the legal world that are often misunderstood and improperly overlapped with one another. Tort and criminal law are especially difficult to distinguish from one another, so in this article we are setting the record straight and providing you with everything you need to know about both legal fields.
